Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) brokerage services provided by Premier Workers Comp LLC ("the Broker") through its website and associated platforms. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service Description:

The Broker acts solely as an intermediary between clients seeking Professional Employer Organization (PEO) services and various PEO service providers. We do not directly provide PEO services. Instead, we assist clients in finding and selecting PEO service providers that best suit their needs.

2. Service Scope:

Our services include assessing the requirements of clients, identifying suitable PEO service providers, and facilitating introductions between clients and PEO providers. We do not assume responsibility for the provision of PEO services, nor are we liable for any actions or omissions of the selected PEO service provider.

3. Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their requirements for PEO services. They must also cooperate with the Broker in the selection process and promptly communicate any changes or concerns.

4. Selection Process:

While the Broker endeavors to identify reputable PEO service providers, we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of any particular provider. Clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and seek independent advice before engaging with any PEO service provider.

5. Fees and Payments:

The Broker may charge fees for its services, which will be communicated to clients before engagement. Any fees payable to the Broker are separate from the fees charged by the selected PEO service provider. Clients are responsible for paying all fees associated with the selected PEO service provider as per their agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Broker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or the performance or non-performance of any selected PEO service provider.

7. Confidentiality:

The Broker will treat all client information provided during the engagement process with the utmost confidentiality and will only disclose such information to relevant parties with the client's consent or as required by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.

9. Amendments:

The Broker reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platforms.
